Coffee ETC @ Oasis Square Ara Damansara

Been passing by this cafe called Coffee ETC but never really get to try it because they used to only open until 8pm. And today i passed by this cafe again and its still opened. So decided to give it a try and only realised they already extend their business hours until 11pm. yay!

Since i have not had my dinner yet, thinking to have a light food there, so i ordered an egg croissant and a strong ice latte.

My egg croissant (RM8.90). Tastes good and its in quite a big size though. Love it.

Iced latte (RM10.90)..You can choose either its just normal or slightly stronger. Of course slightly stronger one for me hehe.

Not just coffee but also a good place for you to get your meal settled here. From cakes, pasta, pastries, cakes and even rice..Awesome environment too with nice music, but one thing i feel for this place is the food is slightly overpriced though.

Sadly i couldn’t find their Facebook page.

Its located at Oasis Square Ara Damansara, hidden at a corner lots where most people don’t pass by. Its located right opposite to Epiphany Cafe and same row with 7-11.

Seven Cups @ Empire Damansara

Visited to Empire Damansara which is just right opposite my workplace, decided to give it a try at Seven Cups in the early morning.

Its on the corner lot, located right next to Aussilia, or opposite to Texas Chicken.

Went there in the super early morning right after gym on Saturday, when one of the staff just opened the shop and was doing all the preparation. So he allowed my request enter first so i can shoot and explore around. hehe.

Look at the harsh shadow

As you can see their interior was rather simple though, with some very minor decorations. But their “milky” theme actually looks refreshing for me with combination of cool and very light brown color. Different from those usual heavily wood or chalkboard feeling.

Look at their counter, they also don’t have a huge ass chalkboard menu on the board, big coffee machine and they even display their cakes at one small corner on the right. Everything was really simple.

Its just me alone so just ordered their full white milk coffee (RM11). Hmm, i wouldn’t call it great but its really not bad though. 🙂 I’m definitely coming back again soon to try more of their stuffs.

Tryst Cafe @ SS15

I have never heard of this place until i came across with a blog post and decided to give it a hunt. Yes its located at Subang SS15. If you are familiar with that area, its just located opposite Pelita Restaurant or just a few shops beside KFC.

Looking at their menu, i would say their price is reasonable. They are not only serving coffee and cakes, its also a great place for you to settle your breakfast or lunch or even dinner.

So i ordered their hot chocolate since i’m craving for it. Today is not a coffee day haha. Hehe i love the art. Btw, i LOVE their hot chocolate. Everything taste just right and the temperature was perfect!

One plus point for it was one of the barista actually came towards and asked how’s their hot chocolate, issit anything to improve on or what. (Y)

As you can see, their interior was not that great and nice compared to other more decent cafes, things were rather messy though. But i would definitely visit here again to try on their coffee!

Coffee lovers, you should really give here a try!

Artisan Roast HQ

As you know I did blog about a few coffee places i have visited in the past few months like Epiphany, Pacific Coffee, Flat White Subang, Garage51, Coffea Coffee etc..However, there’re always few big names that were mentioned by coffee lovers. One of them was Artisan Roast.

Artisan Roast was listed one of the 20 must-visit cafes in Klang Valley. And everyone was talking about their cheese cake! However, this time i went to the one in Seksyen 13!

If you are going via your GPS, do not freak out if you feel your GPS somehow bringing u to the wrong place..Because its located at an industrial area, quite a hidden place though lol.

The place is quite spacious though with few different types of tables that able to fit diff amount of people. When im there, the whole place is quite empty, which makes it feel relaxing and peaceful.

There’re two levels for seating. And also outdoor seating as well.

Latte(RM11) and cheesecake (RM10). Price is stillllll reasonable la, because their cheesecake is quite a big slice though and IT’S REALLY NICEEEEEE.

Had my first bite on the cheesecake and a sip of latte after that, oh my gosh, i feel like i’m in heaven. What a perfect combination! They have other types of cakes as well, but seriously this is a must-try.

For their coffee, i really love it! The whole experience is just great, with a perfect temperature that suit me a lot..*not sure if you can request for a different coffee art, i didn’t ask*

Nice coffee, nice cake, nice ambience. A great place to chill out with friends/ family while enjoying good music at the same time 🙂 Well, this definitely my most fav coffee place so far and definitely going to come here again.

p/s: just something that i don like, the self-service. haha, ops im a lazy person and i think it will be good if there’s someone to serve us. hmmm..also for those clumsy ass, you no need to worry you might spill your coffee or drop your cakes loll.

Garage 51 @ Bandar Sunway

As you guys know, recently i did reviews of a few coffee places that i have been to.

There’re a lot of great coffee around KL and if you are a coffee-lover, you definitely heard of Coffee Societe.

Now they branch out to another name, its called Garage 51! Its still Coffee Societe and now it located at Sunway! Good for me, a person who stay near to Sunway. =)

At least i don have to go all the way to Publika to get a good coffee. Of course there’re a  lot of great coffee around me too =)

So this is Garage 51! From the name, until the look from outside, you already can relate them with the term garage! And i love the graffiti.

And this is one of their “deco” outside the shop =)

You can even grab your seats on this industrial looking chair.

The interior..

Their menu. In fact they have more in the other pages. They are not only selling coffee. But you can have other drinks too! And its fine if you come with an empty stomach, they have a variety of food to serve on you as well!

Lets talk about coffee

My friend ordered Cappuccino. (RM8.90) Definitely cheaper then other places out there.

Im not sure how’s the coffee though. Time to try it next time. And gonna request a more interesting coffee art from them lol

and i ordered this. Nutella latte! (RM12)

Its their new product i guess as i just saw them posted it on their Facebook page weeks ago..Hmm. I’m a chocolate lover and how can i miss Nutella right..For me i think it just tastes awesome! But it would be slightly better if the coffee taste can be even stronger. Now the nutella seems to cover away their coffee.

But overall i really love this place. Great environment. Compared to other places, at least you don’t feel its too noisy, flies flying around you, bad air conditioning etc. For smokers, no worries! There’re outdoors space for you too. Free Wifi is provided as well.

For service wise, big thumbs up!

The moment you stepped into the place, their friendly staff welcomed you with their great smile =) and once you are seated down, plain water was served to you IMMEDIATELY. Of course, they opened the door for us and send us out when we are leaving too..

Good experience for the first time. Definitely gonna visit there back again SOON! 🙂

Its just located at the industrial area, the shop lots facing Sunway University entrance! Address at the bottom.

Pacific Coffee @ Oasis Square

As you guys know, recently i did reviews of a few coffee places that i have been too.

This time i decided to give a try to this place, Pacific Coffee.. If im not wrong, this place just opened not long ago.

The interior.

I ordered Cappuccino (RM10.50) and 1 chocolate roll (RM3.90).

They have 3 different sizes for their coffee, tall, grande, and alto.

Lets talk about their coffee. When i go and collect it, oh my god. So much coffee foam. Just too much. I only snap a photo when i get rid all the foam. And where is the coffee art?

For the price, i think its STILL REASONABLE even though its slightly higher than the rest. But the amount is more as well.

Environment wise, i don’t think its a good place for you to chill and enjoy. Its somewhat opened to the public, and worse is i have seen flies flying around..Maigod. Mood killer!

Talk about their service, they only have 1 staff working there. When i ordered my coffee, the staff started to make my coffee. When i decided to add another chocolate roll, he just nod his head and continue his coffee. I was there waiting to pay him money but he just ignore me..Nope, not friendly at all..And another thing, it’s self service.

Compared to the other places that i have been too, i don’t think this place deserve my second visit though. But if you are a coffee lover, well no harm to visit here for once lol.

Coffea Coffee @ SS15

Been hearing about this place recently..with their Peanut Butter Latte. Yeap! Peanut butter..I’m a peanut butter lover and i get freaking excited for this lol.

Decided went with my another coffee lover friend, Zac. I even get treat from him lol.

Yes its located at Subang SS15! They have another branch in Bangsar though.

In Subang SS15, its just located at one of the shop lots facing directly to Neway Karaoke..Super easy to find.

The interior.

So we ordered two peanut butter latte. (RM12/each)

I love this! A normal latte that is more milky and don’t have too much coffee smell in it..Well the peanut butter taste is not that strong as what i expect. Will try to ask if we can ask for more amount next time haha..But still i think its very nice! Really worth for the try.

They are really good in their coffee art also. I heard you can request coffee art from them..Like panda, lion, butterfly etc. Next time i shall order a cappuccino and request something nice! hahhaa..

JUST ENJOY. Their slogan lol
Environment wise, there’re downstairs and upstairs to be seated. I kinda love their wooden interior look.
If you are a smoker, no worries. Upstairs there’s a section for you too. They don’t discriminate! =)
But one thing is that i feel it’s a bit noisy. Lol, all the customers are talking too loud. It will be perfect if the place can be slightly more peaceful so we can enjoy the coffee better. loll
Yup, overall i think its a really good place..Definitely going to pay my second visit there soon.

Epiphany Coffee & Tobacco @ Oasis Square

A newly opened shop that provides various types of coffee, pastries and even tobaccos.

But no worries, even if you don’t smoke, you are still welcome to that place.

They have air-conditioned non smoking and smoking area.

The interior..Not bad though. Nice environment with some paintings on wall and nice musics lol. They also have sofa set for you. Besides, wifi is provided and there’re also two rows of books for you to read if you wan.

I think its a nice place for chilling with friends.

Hot cappuccino (RM10)

With the chocolate roll pastry (RM4)

But i would like to highlight the service. Very good-mannered and friendly staff since the moment i stepped in =) I guess that’s something important in order to leave a good impression for customers.

They also provided me a free glass of water. Even though its just a glass of water, but how many cafe/ restaurants would ever do that..It’s not the price that matter, but more to like how caring they are.

No harm giving it a try. 🙂

Sao Paulo Coffee @ Citta Mall

Visited to Sao Paulo Coffee @ Citta Mall weeks ago..

I guess they only have this one franchise here if im not wrong bcoz i have not heard of this name at other places before.

Hot latte (RM9.50)

Talk about coffee, somehow i’m not really satisfied. Not sure whats wrong but there’s just something that is lacking of. For environment wise, i guess thats the biggest problem. Definitely they have a nice interior design, but the moment i sat down, few flies kept flying around my table until i have to switch table *obviously the table is not clean enough*

Secondly, i feel its kind of warm inside. Whole cafe is air-conditioned but i just feel its warm and not comfy enough. And the table they used is way too low, not a good place for you to chill with your laptop or books..

So i guess i still have to consider to revisit to that place again.

One day trip to Tanjung Sepat Part 3

This is soooo nice..Inside this keropok all crab meat..yum!!

Then went to the coffee factory..The coffee there is exp and sooooo bitter!! Don like…

When we were on the way to next destination, we stopped halfway to chik-chak! 😛
